Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist with stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
