Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming inventory and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
- Assist in inventory counting and cycle counts as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
