Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or a high school diploma/GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
