Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move materials around the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and safety quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of our safety policy.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computer systems or handheld devices is a plus.
