Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and organize inventory to ensure timely shipping.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and tools (training provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Organization:
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and inventory.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
