Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and handheld scanners.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach location.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
