Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
