Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Scan and verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
