Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately onto pallets or shelves using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to maintain high productivity levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
