Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure product accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
