Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our digital systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during delivery shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
