Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions about our products and services.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
