Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with a focus on high-quality, empathetic communication.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information within our secure remote databases.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving common issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- System Testing: Participate in quality assurance testing for new software features and remote platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Attend virtual stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Feedback Analysis: Monitor feedback trends to help improve our service offerings and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; full paid training is provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and access to a high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
