Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient handling, sorting, and processing of packages and orders.
- Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to update inventory status.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Perform basic inventory checks and reporting as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
