Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently and accurately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized and clean at all times.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of safety compliance and report hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
