Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store displays, organizing shelves, and ensuring products are stocked and visually appealing.
- Inventory Support: Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and processing returns.
