Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide expert product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a professional appearance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
