Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product demonstrations using company-provided equipment
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Operate point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools provided by the company
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
- Actively participate in product training sessions to master new equipment lines
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in retail sales or customer service role
- Ability to operate company-provided tablets, POS systems, and demo equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (occasional equipment transport required)
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics a plus
