Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new launches

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred (entry-level encouraged to apply)
- Proven ability to build rapport and engage diverse customer demographics

- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
