- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
- Identify opportunities to assist customers with product recommendations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in paid training.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
