Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer data within our secure database systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and peers to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to improve workflow efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
