Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound customer calls daily in professional, empathetic manner
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: 90%+ customer satisfaction, <60s call resolution
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Uphold company compliance standards and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Proficient with Windows OS and basic typing (35+ WPM)
