Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve technical and billing issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.

Qualifications
