Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shift.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor to ensure a safe and clean shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio location.
