Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, providing a superior first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency using our CRM software.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and refunds.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating standard office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
