Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse and office areas.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Support the operations team with daily tasks and special projects.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
