Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our proprietary logistics software.
- Communicate with clients and team members via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
- Assist in the daily management of inventory levels and shipment coordination.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Complete all mandatory training modules and shadow senior associates during the onboarding phase.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Identify and escalate potential operational issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work a full-time schedule (including weekends if necessary).
