Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients via phone and email to discuss service offerings.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Training Compliance: Attend and actively participate in daily training sessions to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Target Achievement: Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and market insights to management to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
