Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers in finding products and explaining features and benefits.
- Learn and operate the company's point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eager to learn new skills and willing to be trained.
