Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via email and live chat platforms.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and manage pipelines.
- Participate in daily training sessions and workshops to sharpen sales and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the remote team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Document customer feedback and report market insights to management.
Qualifications
