- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries during night hours.

- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (evenings/overnights).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
