Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders and data entry with high accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Perform routine quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
