Responsibilities
- Perform basic material handling and packing operations efficiently.
- Inspect products and packaging materials for quality and defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Operate basic machinery or equipment as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
