Responsibilities
- Perform routine tasks and operate machinery according to safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
