Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the client experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products and services.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as loans and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
