Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks and conveyors.
- Packaging: Pack, seal, and label products according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure accuracy of orders.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Work History: Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
