Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns with 25+ open rate targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Google Trends
- Support digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with A/B testing
- Create compelling marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, blog content)
- Track KPIs using HubSpot and generate weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with sales team to align marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience required
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Strong written communication with portfolio samples
- Data analysis skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Basic SEO knowledge and experience with content management systems
