Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance and quality goals.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
