Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Master our proprietary CRM system during paid training period
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Meet performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy (typing test required: 35 WPM)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends possible)

- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional client visits)

- Must be available for mandatory 4-week training
