Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending premium products that exceed expectations.
- Execute sales transactions with precision using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a welcoming and attractive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
