Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or service requests for clients.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines provided during training.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and internet proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
