Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on high satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
