Responsibilities
- Monitor and control computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Respond to night-time technical support tickets and user inquiries via chat or phone.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications and system logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer information and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Assist in the basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night commutes.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
