- Accurately document customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine communication and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
