Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Learn and utilize our internal communication and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Participate in structured training programs to master product knowledge and soft skills.
- Manage client accounts and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to management on customer trends.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
