Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process incoming calls and emails with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Complete all assigned training modules and internal certifications.
Qualifications
