Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, verify details, and ensure timely delivery.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.

- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and walk-in traffic.
