Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory with barcode scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO inventory rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (18+ years old)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
