Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with unloading and organizing incoming freight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Nicollet Ave location
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
