Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to ensure system integrity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac) and understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training.
